Nova-Habitat Technologies builds the operational software Kenyan businesses run on, from Nairobi.
Company
Most business software sold into Kenya was designed somewhere else, for a different tax regime, a different payment rail and a different idea of what a branch is. The result is software that works everywhere except where it is installed.
We build the opposite. M-PESA is a first class payment method, KRA eTIMS invoices are produced at the point of sale, and multi branch is assumed rather than sold as an upgrade. The systems we build are the ones people depend on to be paid, treated and served, so we treat correctness, auditability and uptime as the product.

Founder and Chief Executive Officer
I am a full stack engineer and the founder of Nova-Habitat Technologies. I design, build and ship the systems this company sells, from the database schema up to the printed invoice, which means the person deciding what we promise is the person who has to make it work.
My work concentrates on the parts that are easy to get wrong and expensive to get wrong: money moving over asynchronous M-PESA callbacks, concurrent bookings that must not oversell, per tenant data isolation in healthcare, and machine learning that is validated on data it has never seen rather than on a convenient split.

Multi-tenant hospital management platform. Every hospital runs on its own isolated PostgreSQL database, with JWT and role-based access control, real time patient queues, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, wards, billing and full accounting.
