Hyper local vendor marketplace with Haversine radius search, Dijkstra routing over OSRM, M-PESA STK Push checkout and a three hour vendor freshness timer that keeps listings honest.

TypeScript and React interface for day to day retail shop management, with stock and sales data typed at compile time so a bad shape fails the build rather than the till.
Data and AI
End to end explainable model predicting hotel booking cancellations. Leakage removed deliberately, a model tournament to choose the estimator, and roughly 0.91 ROC-AUC validated on two independent datasets rather than a single split.
Platforms and systems
Three tier event booking platform where capacity race conditions are prevented by SQL CHECK constraints rather than application guesswork, and proven with boundary value tests.
Hospital management system on a decoupled client and server split: a layered asynchronous FastAPI REST API, a React client and a PostgreSQL store. The groundwork that became MediFleet.
